Twelve CXOs. One closed room. Once a quarter.
The Boardroom is Maitro's quarterly closed-door dinner — Chatham House, twelve operating CXOs, one topic, three hours. No press, no cameras, no junior staff. Eligibility: Society members in good standing for at least six months.
How a Boardroom dinner works
- 01
We curate the room
Twelve CXOs per dinner. Sector-balanced and non-compete-balanced — never two leaders from companies with active deal conflict. The list is composed by the Boardroom curator, never broadcast.
- 02
Topic is set by the room
One topic per dinner, picked from the agenda items the curated twelve flagged in the pre-event survey. Operator-grade only — no vendor pitches, no panel format, no junior staff brought along to take notes.
- 03
Closed dinner, Chatham House
Three hours, off the record. No press, no cameras, no recording. What gets said in the room stays in the room — attribution requires written consent of the speaker, every time.
- 04
Post-event intelligence brief
Within seven days, attendees receive a written brief: the four or five operating insights the room agreed on, anonymised. The brief never circulates beyond the dozen people who were there.
Readiness guardrails
The first Boardroom dinner has not been claimed as complete. These are the gates before the first in-person room moves from waitlist to live.
- Seat proofPending
First room opens only after eligible Boardroom seats are sold and confirmed.
- Venue proofPending
City is public; exact venue goes only to approved RSVPs after confirmation.
- ConfidentialityLocked
Chatham House rules, no press, no cameras, and no public attendee roster.
- Post-room briefFuture
The first brief ships only after the first dinner has actually happened.
Post-event intelligence brief — members only.
Each Boardroom dinner produces a written brief inside seven days. Four or five operating insights, anonymised, circulated only to the twelve people who were in the room. A redacted preview of the most recent brief is available to Society members on the portal.
